Contract Administration - Construction Services
Administer building contract including organising and attending site meetings and prepare and circulate minutes of same.
Supervise construction of works and ensure compliance
with documents and other requirements.
Authorise Progress Payment Certificates and ensure payments are made on time. Report regularly to Client on cost and programme.
Generally inspect materials delivered to site as well as places of manufacture / fabrication to inspect products that have been fabricated prior to delivery to site.
Manage construction process where required to allow for staged hand over of floors / areas.
Arrange for delivery and installation of all fixtures, fittings and furnishings in accordance with Client's requirements.
inspect for compliance, manage and monitor installation in regard to staged hand over. Advise Client regarding costs and timetable variations, defects or problems with installation.
Provide Certificates for payment and liaise with Client to ensure timely payments.
