Design Development

Ongoing liaison with relevant Authority and Utility providers.

Develop detail design documents and specifications including coordination of Consultants.

Advise Client on methods of constuction, material quality and revisions of cost and timetable estimates.

Make all necessary applications to regulatory authorities and utility providers necessary for the project.

Obtain Client's approval to detailed design and authority to proceed to next stage.

Contract Documentation

Advise Client on terms and conditions to be entered into between regulatory Authorities and Utility providers and Client.

Advise Client on various types of building contract suitable for project and outline role of Architect in same.

Advise Client as to terms of appointment for all Contractors and Subcontractors.

Prepare all necessary project Contract Documentation.
