Pre-Design Services

After Discussions with Client formulate Design Brief.

Assemble all relevant data concerning project.
Advise on need for services to be carried out by Specialist Consultants, and how services are to be procured. Where appropriate obtain fee proposals and make reccommendations for their engagement.

Review project with Client and other Consultants.

Advise Client on statuatory and regulatory approvals.

Advise generally in relation to fixture, fittings and furniture design.

Prepare Project specific risk management plan including comprehensive schedule of tasks that will enable the Project Architect to monitor progress of the project throughout all stages.

This project management plan will form the basis of regular project reports to the Client, Consultants, Landlord and other affected parties.
